- 1 Piping Bag or use a sandwich bag
Ingredients
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 4 cups mini marshmallows 1 10oz bag
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup white candy melts or white chocolate chips
- 1/4 Cup Dried cranberries for decoration
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until melted. Stir constantly to prevent it from burning
- Pour in the puffed rice cereal and stir until evenly coated
- Dump the marshmallow cereal mixture on to a piece of large parchment paper. Use a second piece of parchment paper to press down the cereal to about a 1/2 inch to 1 inch thickness (depending on your preference).
- Let it cool for 5-10 minutes and then use a Christmas tree cookie cutter to cut out tree shapes.
