Smores Latte
Let me introduce you to the S’mores Latte, a deliciously cozy, dessert-inspired drink that combines all the comforting flavors of s’mores with the bold richness of espresso (or coffee, if that’s more your vibe).
Prep Time 5 minutes mins
Cook Time 5 minutes mins
- 2 shot of espresso or 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 4 tablespoons s’mores syrup
- 2 cups milk or any non-dairy alternative
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 4 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs plus extra for garnish
- Mini marshmallows or marshmallow fluff for garnish
Prepare two Glasses:
Spread the graham cracker crumbs on a small plate.
Dip the rims of your mugs or glasses in chocolate syrup, then dip them into the graham cracker crumbs to coat the rim.
Make the Latte:
In a small saucepan, add the milk and heat until it’s warm and frothy. Heat just until steam starts to rise from the milk. Do not let the milk boil or it will scald.
Brew the espresso (or coffee).
In the prepared mugs, add the espresso (or coffee) and s’mores syrup.
Slowly add the frothed milk over the espresso and syrup mixture. Stir gently to combine.
Add mini marshmallows and sprinkle extra graham cracker crumbs over the top.
