Marshmallow Peppermint Bark

- 2 cups 16oz package dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup 8oz package cream cheese flavored chocolate chips or white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup crushed candy canes or peppermint candies optional
Prepare the sheet pan by covering it with a layer of parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave. Microwave in 30-second increments and stir in between until melted
Once melted, pour the chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread to about 1/8 inch thick. Place in the fridge until hardened.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave. Microwave in 30-second increments and stir in between until melted
Once melted, pour the white chocolate over the dark chocolate and spread to about 1/8 inch thick. Sprinkle with the mini marshmallows and crushed peppermint candies. Place in the fridge until hardened.
Once hardened, take the marshmallow peppermint bark out of the fridge and let it sit on the counter for 5 minutes.
Carefully break the chocolate bark into smaller pieces and enjoy!
