Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows with Crushed Candy Canes
What’s better than plain ‘ole marshmallows? Chocolate-dipped marshmallows sprinkled with crushed candy canes! These festive treats are as easy to make as they are fun to eat, combining the gooey sweetness of marshmallows with rich chocolate and a crunchy peppermint crunch.

1 Parchment paper square
- 1/4 Cups Chocolate Chips Milk Chocolate
- 10 Marshmallows Large or Jumbo Sized
- 10 Mini Candy Canes or 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candy
Prepare the candy cane topping. If using candy canes, crush them in a zip top bag. Pour the crushed candy canes, or crushed peppermint candies into a shallow bowl or plate.
Place the chocolate into a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until fully melted
Carefully dip the top half of the marshmallow into the melted chocolate
Dip the top of the chocolate marshmallow into the crushed candy cane and place it on a piece of parchment paper to cool at room temperature. To speed up the cooling process, it can be placed in the fridge for 10 minutes.
